Wigan man faces "child porn" charges
A man has appeared before Wigan justices accused of possessing indecent images of children.
Francis Penman, 49, of Beech Hill Lane, Beech Hill, faces three charges in that he had five pictures that fell into the most serious category (A), seven category B and 29 C.
He will next appear before a Bolton judge on August 21 and has been remanded on bail in the meantime.
