Wigan man fined for breach of closure order

A man who breached a court closure order by visiting a neighbour has been fined.

Robert Moss, 35, appeared before Wigan justices to admit going to 26 Linney Square in Scholes on November 25 and so breaching an order prohibiting entry to non-residents. His total court bill came to £199.
