Wigan man fined for breaching Covid laws

Scott Baldwin, 25, of Acourt Street, Ashton, appeared before Wigan justices to plead guilty to being at an address in Warrington Road in the early hours of May 6 in contravention of the 2020 Health Protection Regulations. He was hit with a £60 fine and must also pay £34 to victim services and another £85 in court costs.
