Wigan man fined for cocaine possession
A Wigan man found in possession of cocaine has been fined.
Liam Simpson, 28, of Briar Road, Worsley Hall, admitted to Wigan magistrates that he had the class A controlled drug in town on March 12. When the penalty was added to court costs and victim services surcharge, Simpson had £239 to pay.
