A man has been hit with a bill of almost £200 after he was caught with a drug known as “medical heroin.”

Roy Moss, 39, of Warrington Road, Ince, appeared before Wigan justices to admit to possessing the class A substance and painkiller diamorphine. He was fined £80 and must pay costs and a sucharge totalling £119.
