Wigan borough man to stand trial on assault and criminal damage charges
A trial will be held next year.
A Wigan borough man has denied attacking a woman and damaging her car.
Lee Daniels, 40, of Wordsworth Avenue, Atherton, is charged with assaulting a woman by beating her and criminal damage to her car on October 26.
He was remanded on conditional bail until a trial at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on April 9.
