Wigan man who admitted driving under the influence of cocaine and ketamine is banned from the road
A Wigan man has been banned from driving for 12 months after admitting being under the influence of drugs.
Elliot Carruthers, 23, of Briar Road, Worsley Hall, landed a year-long ban and £300 fine from Wigan justices after admitting he drove under the influence of cocaine and the horse tranquilliser ketamine.
