Dale Dewitt, 32, of Argyle Street, Hindley, appeared before borough justices to plead not guilty to causing Simon McDemott actual bodily harm plus criminal damage in Bolton on November 24 2019. He was sent for trial at Bolton Crown Court on May 19.
