Wigan motorist caught driving while serving road ban

A motorist was caught driving while banned from the road, Wigan justices heard.

Paul Fisher, 47, of Water Street, Atherton, admitted being at the wheel of a Land Rover Freelander in Manchester Road, Ince, on November 7 when disqualified and thus uninsured.

He will be sentenced on April 15.
