Wigan schoolgirl accused of racist attack
A schoolgirl has been accused of a racist attack.
The 16-year-old from Ashton, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, appeared at Wigan Youth Court charged with assaulting a female at Mesnes Park, the allegation being that it was racially-motivated.
The case was adjourned to September 15 and she has yet to plead.
