Wigan serial shoplifter back behind bars

A serial shoplifter spared another prison term after a theft spree earlier this month is back in jail for a fortnight. Arthur McClean, 49, of Water Street, Wigan, was before town justices to admit breaching an order barring him from the Grand Arcade and stealing from Boots again.
