Christopher Fowler, 25, of Linden Walk, Orrell, stood before Wigan justices to admit breaching a sexual harm prevention order imposed by a Liverpool judge in 2016. He was ordered to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work and pay £175 in costs and to victim services.
