Wigan teen facing hefty court bill after car offences
A teen is facing a £437 court bill after being caught driving a car without a licence and insurance and using false number plates.

Charlie Brogan, 19, of Glebe End Street, Wigan, appeared before justices to admit the charges relating to a VW car stopped by police on Central Park Way and also to having a quantity of cannabis.
He had six points put on his licence and ordered to pay a fine, costs and a victim services surcharge.
