Wigan teenager fined for flouting closure order

Ella Wilson, 18, of Concorde Avenue, Hawkley Hall, appeared before borough justices to admit breaching, on November 27, an order it imposed preventing visitors from entering 16 Montrose Avenue, Worsley Hall. She was fined £20 and ordered to pay another £34 towards victim services. An order was imposed on the Montrose Avenue address on September 18 because it had become the focal point of anti-social behaviour.
