Wigan woman denies double assault
A woman accused of assaulting two people will stand trial next year.
Danielle Liptrott, 26, of Hampden Place, Marsh Green, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Rebecca Keane and Jason Veasey by beating them on July 9. She also denies using or threatening violence towards people on the same date.
Liptrott elected for the trial to be held at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court and it was scheduled for February 1. She was remanded on unconditional bail until that hearing.
