Wigan woman two and a half times over drink-drive limit
A woman who admitted driving while two and a half times the legal liquor limit has been hit with a road ban.

Wigan justices heard Kelly Anne Lowe, 33, of Peter Street, Hindley, took a police blood test which revealed she had 191mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80mg.
She was barred from the road for 22 months and received a fine, costs and victim surcharge bill of £855.
