Wigan woman's assault case collapses

Collette Smith, 32, of Laurus Mews, Worsley Hall, denied attacking mental health worker Jill Smith at Atherleigh Park Hospital and occupational therapist David Cooper on April 10 last year. Appearing before a Bolton judge, the prosecution offered no evidence and she was told she was free to go.
