The 45-year-old, of Neston Street in Liverpool, is alleged to have “without authorisation, brought, threw or otherwise conveyed” cocaine, MDMA (ecstasy), cannabis resin and Psilocybin (a psychoactive mushroom) “into or out of Her Majesty’s prison situated at HMP and YOI Hindley”.

The bench issued a warrant for Duffy’s arrest after her failure to attend the pre-arranged court hearing.
