The court heard Buksh did this knowing the victim was testifying in court proceedings and was therefore trying to pervert the course of justice.

Buksh also admitted threatening Michael Barnes the same day and to smashing the back window of a Vauxhall Grandland SUV belonging to Thomas Garrity four days later.

Buksh had used a brick to attack the SUV. She later admitted in interview that she believed the car was owned by someone else.

She was sentenced to eight months in prison but the term was suspended for 12 months. A two-year restraining order was imposed against her contacting Ms Taylor.
