A young Leigh man has admitted to dealing cocaine.

Joshua Burtonwood, 26, of Queensway, stood before a Bolton judge to plead guilty to possessing the class A substance with intent to supply.

But there are details of the allegations which the defence contest so a “trial of issue” will be held on October 1 after which Burtonwood will be sentenced.

He is on bail until then.
