Lanes closed on southbound M61 after accident
Two lanes are currently closed on the M61 southbound after a vehicle and a trailer hit the central reservation.

The accident happened between junctions 6 for Horwich and 5 for West Houghton at around 6am this morning.
Rolling roadblocks have been put in place and traffic is reported to be queuing.
It is not known if anybody was injured during the incident.
