Lanes open after pile-up
All lanes have reopened after a multiple vehicle pile-up on the motorway.
Two lanes were closed on the M57, southbound between junction three and two at Knowsley and Prescot as emergency services attended to a smash involving several cars shortly after 5pm on Saturday.
Motorists are advised both lanes are now open and there are no more delays.
