Man caught spying on woman in restaurant toilets
A man was caught peeking at a woman in the cubicle of the women’s toilets at a Lytham restaurant.
Christopher Darbyshire, 26, of Hesketh Avenue, Bispham, pleaded guilty to an offence of voyeurism – by observing a person doing a private act for the purposes of sexual gratification.
Darbyshire also admitted indecently exposing himself in the women’s toilets at Pizza Express.
The offences took place at the restaurant on November 6 this year. He was bailed for pre-sentence reports with all options including custody to be considered by Blackpool magistrates.
