Borough steet celebrates People's Postcode Lottery win

The neighbours in Spinnerette Close, Leigh, netted the windfall when WN7 2HP was announced as a People’s Postcode Lottery winner on Thursday (May 21).

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Matt Johnson said: “I’m over the moon for our winners in Leigh! A big congratulations to everyone. I hope they celebrate and enjoy spending the cash.”

A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £500m to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.

This draw was promoted by ActionAid which have received more than £8.4 million in funding to change the lives of disadvantaged women and children all over the world.
