PCSOs were sent to Imperial Drive in Higher Folds this morning, Friday December 11, after receiving reports that a dog had been tied to a fence and abandoned.

It is unclear how long the dog had been left on its own, and a boarding kennel was called in to help. The dog has been taken in for a check over and to see if it has a chip.
