But the 25-year-old, who was a former pupil at Byrchall High School, died on Wednesday morning.

In a moving tribute to his wife, Sean, who lives in Platt Bridge, wrote: "At this moment in time we don't know why but around 06:31 this morning my beautiful, stunning, fierce, free spirited soul mate passed away in her sleep. Some people say that it's like missing a piece of the jigsaw but Taylor was different. She was the backboard and frame that held the jigsaw together. She was everything to me and without her I'm Crumbling.

"She was such an amazing person and these past 7+ years have been the best of my life."

A fund-raising appeal was launched online to help pay for a funeral for Taylor, which quickly passed its £3,500 target and currently stands at more than £11,000.

Any money left over will be used to support her family.

Chris Foster, who set up the appeal, wrote: "It is with a heavy heart that I am doing this and it doesn’t feel real yet, however my beautiful sister-in-law passed away at the age of 25 only hours after giving birth to my wonderful nephew.

"Taylor as most of you will know, had the biggest of hearts and would always be there when people needed her. Now it’s time that we come together and make sure we are there for her and her family.

"Due to the sudden nature of Taylor’s passing, no funeral plans had been made. I am trying to raise money to help support my Brother Sean Foster & their two children Elijah & Koa with funeral cost & general bills. No matter how small or large the amount, everything is truly appreciated.

"Thank you everyone who has donated and thank you Taylor for being part of our life if only for a fleeting moment. You will never be forgotten and will always be loved."
