Scott, who is from Ashton, used an airbrush technique to paint the mural of the reality TV show presenter known for her work on shows like Love Island onto a building on Bolton Road.
He also included a message from one of her final social media posts which said: “In a world where you could be anything, be kind”.

Hide AdScott, 33, said creating the mural as temperatures plunged in winter was a real challenge and described how he and his wife Melissa had come up with the idea of paying tribute to Flack, who died aged just 40.
He said: “I had a conversation with the owner of the building explaining I would like to paint something on the wall as I felt it was a prominent place.
“After discussions with my wife about the current situation and wanting to display an important supportive and positive message we decided it felt right and relevant to rekindle Caroline Flack’s message to be kind.
“After the year we have had and sadly with depression being on the rise we felt that for obvious reasons there was no better time to rekindle her message around the anniversary of her passing.

"It took me all week in the late hours and snowy conditions just to paint the wall to prepare it.”
Scott said kindness was on show as he battled the elements to create the mural, with residents giving compliments as they passed and even buying him coffee.
An inquest into Flack’s death last year found the TV and radio presenter had taken her own life.

Hide AdScott has been creating unusual artworks using airbrushes and cans of fake snow for several years, using the name Snow Graffiti.
His stunning winter wonderlands are now common sights on windows across the borough during the festive season, with residents and businesses lining up to have snowy scenes created on their homes and premises.
He then started using airbrushes to create scenes as well as has decorated venues from gyms to bars.
The popularity of his work is such that after starting out as a hobby Scott has been able to quit his job and turn Snow Graffiti into a full-time concern.
