It would also usually offer expert PE and sports activities to primary schools in St Helens, Liverpool and Bolton.

Andy, who is doing the activities from the garden of his home in Standish, said: “As a local primary school physical education and school sport provider, Covid-19 has had huge implications on our business, which in turn, has had a knock-on effect for not only the schools, but also the children’s health

“We have decided to launch our own YouTube channel and offer some motivational positivity during these challenging times.

“It is of great importance that children continue to receive the benefits associated with the daily recommended physical activity guidelines to not only support physical health, but also mental wellbeing.”

And he said the channel will host PE sessions for children, weekly challenges, and adult fitness classes, some of which he hopes to be live. All content is free.

Andy, who has worked in the PE field for 15 years, added: “We aim to reach out to as many children and adults as possible, not only to make people feel better about themselves, but also educate them in the process.”
