PICTURE SPECIAL: Wigan winners of King's awards and honours treated to a town hall reception

A recognition lunch was held at Wigan Town Hall, attended by the Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester and other civic dignitaries, to salute local people and groups who have received awards from His Majesty The King in recent months.
