Happy Smiles is a community organisation that provides interactive training workshops, focusing on many aspects of disability awareness and social inclusion.

The team also seeks to overturn negative preconceptions about disabled people by focusing on what they can do rather than any limitations they may have.

It was founded by friends Alex Winstanley and Haydn Smith and its work includes visiting schools to explain the mindset needed to succeed in a diverse society and train inclusion champions to speak positively about disabilities.

If the group wins, they'll receive a free campaign worth thousands to capture a huge audience over Twitter, and be featured in hundreds of pieces of content that reach millions in the process, helping to spread their important message.

Voting closes on Monday April 26 at midnight. To vote for Happy Smiles, click here.
