Wigan woman who went missing has been found

Merseyside Police said on Sunday morning that Carol Jones, 58, had been located safe and well.

She had last been seen at around 2pm on Saturday in the coastal town's Funland amusement centre.

The police thanked everyone who had shared the appeal to find Carol.
