Asda to open a Greggs counter inside Wigan store as part of new trial

Hungry shoppers will be able to grab their favourite pastry products from inside the Robin Park store as well as in Bolton, Corby, Huyton and Eastlands.

The launch will happen next month but an official date is yet to be announced.

Preyash Thakrar, chief strategy officer at Asda, said: "We are constantly looking for new ways to increase customer choice.
