Police appeal for missing borough man

Stephen Watson, 23, was last seen on November 16 on Chapel Street, Leigh.

He is described as white, of slim build and around 5ft 10ins tall, and when last seen had a beard.

Officers are concerned after Stephen failed to attend a number of appointments, and would like to speak with him to make sure he's safe and well.
