Wigan man accused of kidnapping a child
A man has appeared before Wigan magistrates accused of kidnapping a child.
Grant Wisbey, 25, of Wallgate is charged with abduction by detaining a child as to remove her from the lawful control of her mother.
No plea has yet been made and he was committed to Bolton Crown Court where he will appear on March 6.
