Moorcroft, 27, said: "It gives me absolute pleasure to announce that Anthony Crolla is now going to be coaching us going forward in our boxing career.

"I’m so excited and eager to get back in that ring now and give it everything once things settle down under the watchful eye of Anthony.

"We’ve been working really hard throughout this time and especially the last six weeks together and as a team we are ready to start moving forward."

He thanked those who had supported him throughout his career.

Moorcroft, 27, made his professional debut in April 2017 and has won 13 of his 14 fights.

Dixon, who hails from Warrington, has won her two opening bouts since turning professional last September.
