Delay in Wigan Athletic AGM

The current guidance from the government and health authorities is centred around eliminating non-essential social contact and the decision has been made to not host the AGM whilst the guidance remains in place.

"The board of directors have decided to postpone the AGM in line with the current guidance from the government and health authorities," said chief executive Jonathan Jackson.

“We recognise the importance of hosting our annual AGM, however our immediate priority is the health and well-being of our staff and supporters.

“We will reschedule the AGM and inform shareholders when the meeting will be hosted once we have more clarity on the future outlook.”
