Kieffer Moore set for Wigan Athletic exit

The Welsh international is heading to the capital for a medical ahead of a proposed move from Latics, according to Sky Sports.
It paves the way for Moore to move to the Bluebirds - a club he was linked with in January.

Whatever transfer fee the administrators - who are in control of Latics - receive, around £1.5m will go to pay the remaining fee owed to Moore's former club Barnsley. All footballing creditors - including outstanding transfer fees - must be paid in full by clubs exiting administration.
Moore - has attracted interest from several other clubs - and would follow Joe Gelhardt (Leeds), Alfie Devine (Spurs) and Jensen Weir (Brighton) out the exit door, as well as manager Paul Cook who resigned.
