Latics confirm pre-season matches

Wigan Athletic have announced four away fixtures as part of their pre-season programme ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.

First up is the trip to non-league Southport on Tuesday, July 18 (7.30pm) at Haig Avenue.

Next up is a journey down south to face League Two outfit Notts County at Meadow Lane on Saturday, July 22 (3pm).

The following Tuesday, Latics will make the long trek up to the north east to face Hartlepool United - recently relegated to the National League - at the Victoria Ground on Tuesday, July 25 (7.30pm).

And four days later Latics will play League Two side Grimsby Town at Blundell Park on Saturday, July 29 (3pm).
