Every Championship player believed to be out-of-contract this summer | Getty
With the Championship season suspended until April 3 and an expectation that it will be extended, players due to be out-of-contract this summer have been put in an uncertain position.
UEFA announced on Tuesday they are aiming to see all domestic competitions end by June 30 – providing it is ‘appropriate and prudent enough.' If the campaign is unable to be concluded by then - or at all - it poses a number of potential contractual issues for players on course to be released and of course, the clubs themselves.
Here, we look at each player in the Championship, believed to be out-of-contract this summer, who could be affected by these unprecedented times. Note: This excludes any options club’s may have on players.
