The duo both received jail terms of one year.
Former Osasuna executive Ángel Vizcay received eight years and eight months - the longest sentence of all.
Two businessmen were also found guilty in the fix.
It's the first time anyone has been sent to prison for match-fixing in Spain.
Amaya made three appearances, and scored one goal, during an unsuccessful year with Latics before returning to Real Valllecano in 2010.
He'd arrived the previous summer along with Momo Diame, whose signing was significantly more successful.
