Wigan Athletic face long trip to non-league high-flyers in the FA Cup
Boreham Wood will be Wigan Athletic’s opponents in the first round of the FA Cup
Wigan Athletic have been handed a very tough FA Cup first round assignment at National League leaders Boreham Wood.

Gary Caldwell's outfit - who famously won the competition in 2013 - was one of the last clubs to be drawn out of the hat on Monday evening.
It will also be a new ground for fans contemplating the long trip to tick off.
A total of 40 ties will be played across the weekend of Saturday, November 7.
Victory means £47,750 in terms of prize money, with clubs bowing out at this stage collecting £15,800.
