England’s men’s and women’s will play a double-header against France on Saturday, June 29, with plenty of Wigan players in contention to make Shaun Wane’s squad.

With the postponed round two fixture against Leigh Leopards now scheduled in for August, there are at least nine players that could be putting their name in the mix for the clash in Toulouse later this month.

The hooker has a single England cap to his name, having featured against France in 2021 in a 30-10 victory, and has made an impact for the Warriors from the interchange bench in 2024 and could be a good option for Wane at only 28 - with an eye on the 2026 World Cup down under
