Mitch Clark and Joe Bullock are on course to replace suspended duo Ben Flower and Oli Partington in Wigan's team.

Young back-rowers James McDonnell and Harry Rushton are named in their first ever first-team 21-man squad and will take 36 and 37 as their squad numbers respectively.

They joint the provisional panel because Flower (two games) and Partington (four games) have been suspended from the team which beat Hull KR 30-16.

But they seem likely to miss out on the matchday squad, along with winger Joe Burgess and centre Chris Hankinson.

Experienced prop Tony Clubb is not risked for a second week after picking up a shoulder knock against Huddersfield, while Sean O'Loughlin (eye) and Oliver Gildart (shoulder) remain sidelined.

Wigan's 21-man squad: Zak Hardaker, Liam Marshall, Chris Hankinson, Joe Burgess, Bevan French, Tommy Leuluai, Sam Powell, George Burgess, Willie Isa, Liam Farrell, Morgan Smithies, Joe Bullock, Liam Byrne, Dom Manfredi, Mitch Clark, Jake Bibby, Harry Smith, Ethan Havard, Jackson Hastings, James McDonnell, Harry Rushton

Phil Wilkinson's predicted line-up: French; Manfredi, Hardaker, Bibby, Marshall; Hastings, Leuluai; Byrne, Powell, G Burgess, Isa, Farrell, Smithies. Subs: Clark, Bullock, Havard, Smith.
