Leeds Rhinos boss doesn't blame sin bin for defeat to Wigan Warriors

On Sky Sports, Gale questioned whether he deserved to be yellow carded after conceding a penalty for a dangerous tackle in the 70th minute. Leeds only trailed by six points but conceded two further tries while down to 12 men.

But his coach, Agar, says they should look to their own errors for the loss.

"There was a lot of effort and we should be filthy that the scoreline ended up as it did," he said.

"Wigan are really tough to break down on the tryline. They've shown that over the years.

"They don't give you many opportunities so you have to take them when you're there. The focus in our camp maybe on the sin bin but not from me - it should be on the errors committed. I said to them, 'This is first-grade... and we're throwing hand grenades, that's going to kill you'.

"There were some really poor errors on our part.

"Regardless of the sin bin we have to be better at the end."
