Salford confirm Mossop capture

The forward leaves after a second spell with the Warriors to become the Red Devils’ fourth capture for 2017 along with Daniel Murray, Kris Brining and Lama Tasi.

Salford’s interest in Mossop surfaced at the end of last season, with Wigan Today reporting he was on their radar on October 14.

Warriors coach Shaun Wane said: “Lee has been a valuable member of our youth squad and has progressed right through to the top in the senior squad which is a testament to him. I would like to wish him all the best in his new challenge at Salford.”
