Sam Powell to miss Wigan Warriors' semi-final with Hull FC
Sam Powell will miss Wigan's Super League semi-final showdown with Hull FC.
The influential hooker has been left out of the provisional 21-man squad.
Wigan haven't given a reason for his absence. Fringe hooker Amir Bourouh is included but promising halfback Harry Smith - who has not made the team recently - would look a more likely candidate to come in and share the dummy-half duties with Thomas Leulaui.
Sean O'Loughlin also returns from a calf strain, Joe Greenwood serves the second of a two match ban while winger Dom Manfredi - who has missed the last three games - has undergone a minor clean-out operation of his knee.
Thursday's game kicks-off at 7.45pm and is at the DW Stadium, behind closed doors. The winners will progress to the Grand Final and face the winners of Friday's match between St Helens and Catalans.
