Wigan Warriors discover Challenge Cup opponents
Wigan have been drawn against Championship outfit York in the Challenge Cup.
Adrian Lam - himself a Challenge Cup winner in 2002 - is hoping to land Wigan's first final victory in the competition since 2013.
The third round draw was made today by Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden at Warrington's Victoria Park, and featured all 12 Super League clubs as well as those which progressed from the second round - Featherstone, Swinton, York and Widnes.
Wigan will head to Championship outfit York at the end of next week, between April 8 and 11.
If it is chosen by the BBC to be broadcast it will be held at a neutral ground, as they are screening a double header on Saturday April 10. A third game will be televised on the Sportsman website with the other five on the RFL's Ourleague site.
The other ties are: Swinton v Warrington, Hull KR v Castleford, Catalans v Wakefield, Featherstone v Hull FC, St Helens v Leeds, Leigh v Huddersfield, Salford v Widnes.
The final is at Wembley on Saturday, July 17.
