Wigan Warriors coach Matt Peet has provided injury updates on Liam Farrell, Jake Wardle and George O’Loughlin.

Club captain Farrell has recently announced that he will retire at the end of the season following a trophy-laden 17-year professional playing career.
The 36-year-old has not played since Wigan’s win over Hull FC on June 27 due to a neck injury, but Peet is hoping to see Farrell take to the field again before the end of the season.
The Warriors have a maximum of three games left in their campaign, should they reach the Grand Final at Old Trafford, with Peet hoping to see Farrell pull on the cherry and white jersey again before he hangs up his boots.
“It’s to be confirmed this week, but my hope is that he does feature again this season,” said Peet.
Meanwhile, the Warriors were without strike centre Wardle for Saturday’s 40-8 win over Leeds Rhinos, with the England international having suffered a calf injury in training last week.
Wardle will not play against Catalans Dragons in the final round of the regular campaign on Friday night, but Peet is hopeful of having Wardle back for the knockout stages.
“We’re in a semi-final, and (his return) would potentially be the semi, then if not, the final,” Peet said.
Academy graduate O’Loughlin was set to be Wardle’s replacement against Leeds, but he sustained a quad injury in training, which will keep him out for the rest of the year.
“He pulled his quad - he’ll not play this year,” said Peet.
Last Saturday, Wigan were boosted by the return of Junior Nsemba, who made a sizeable impact from the bench at AMT Headingley following a two-month injury lay-off.
“To be honest, he was fit enough (to start) last week,” Peet added. “I wasn’t given guidelines by the physios - it wasn’t one of them - we just thought Kian (McDermott) was doing well and it would give Junior more chance of playing a high standard, knowing it was not the full 80, so he is good to go (this week).
“He was very good - he got the basics of his game right. I was really pleased with him. I thought he brought something to the game, for sure.”
