The Warriors released their first-ever standalone Women’s kit in 2025 and have continued that this year, with the women’s players contributing to the design of their away kit for 2026.

The vibrant kit is once again exclusive to the Warriors Women, who will don their specially designed pastel kit while also wearing the famous cherry and white hoops for home games, having worn the traditional home strip to lift the Women’s Challenge Cup at Wembley last month.

The kit design process started a number of months ago, with several women’s players sitting through multiple branding sessions with kit partner Kappa UK & Ireland to pick out colours, designs and elements to create their own kit via mood boards.

The kit features a subtle WWW down the centre to denote Wigan Warriors Women, while the colour palette was a blend selected by the women’s players to create a striking kit.

“It’s really special for the girls to have their own kit, especially having the opportunity to design it themselves,” said Warriors captain Georgia Wilson.

“Last year was the first time we designed our own kit, and the first time a Women's Super League team had their own away shirt.

“It was popular, not only amongst the team, but with the fans as well. It had a true sentimental feeling every time we wore it.”

The new design features Women’s principal partner Tote on the front with Smalley Decorators on the breast alongside an integrated Kappa logo and Wigan Warriors club crest. The junior shirts will feature the logo of club charity partner Derian House.

Fitness First appears on both collarbones with Greenmount Projects Ltd, BlueSky Plumbing and CRS featuring on the sleeves. The rear of the shirt features the logos of partners Fase Group, Davanti Tyres and ProCare.

The 2026 replica shorts featured Westwood Vehicle Solutions, LCS Civils and FBW Engineering Ltd, while the shorts and socks carry the logo of Pall Mall Carpets.

“Following the success of last year’s standalone shirt, we are pleased to launch the 2026 Women’s away kit in partnership with Kappa,” said Nicola Prior, Group Head of Retail. “This project was highly collaborative, with the players themselves leading the design process to create a completely unique identity for the team.

“Wigan Warriors Women continue to set standards on the pitch, and it is important that our retail offering reflects their progress. This exclusive pastel kit gives our supporters something authentic to wear in backing the team, and given its limited availability, we expect strong demand for this shirt.”
