My journey with mental Health

Mental Health having to leave my job after so long and even giving up on the things that I love doing as I was so low depressed and my anxiety was all over each day was a struggle for me but realising how far I had come I was more determined then ever to keep on going not to let it beat me at all getting back into what I love doing beauty pageants and even my taking that first step to go higher coming out of my comfort zone was a big step for me as now I am part of an amazing system pure uk and looking forward to my new journey and raising money for charity I love.

I have raised £100 pound for prostate cancer as recently a close family member been diagnosed with it which was heartbreaking and hurt me inside but I am continuing to do so much for it and to be nominated for the Yorkshire choice awards again for three categories Inspirational award Fundraising award Volunteer award is a honor I want to make a difference and help others and show there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
